Returns Policy

Faulty Goods/Unhappy with Purchase:

If you are not delighted with your purchase, or the item(s) received are faulty, please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days for a full refund, less the delivery costs. Please note however, that we cannot accept returns of customised, made to order or cut to order goods, unless faulty. Discounted items or those where a discount voucher has been applied (sales or clearance items) may only be returned if faulty.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We do reserve the right to make a handling charge of £1.75 where returned orders are either less than £10 or when a discounted postage service (less than £2.75) has been selected. This is just to recover the basic cost of the postage supplement and the packaging materials.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. (You will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package get lost.)

Delivery Incorrect/Missing Item:

If the delivery you received is incorrect, you are missing an item, or you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact Customer Services. Please have your order number ready so that we are able to deal with your query more efficiently.
