1. When will I receive my goodies?
We try our best to ship all orders placed before 2pm out on the same day Mon - Fri. Please see our Delivery Options for full explanations of all our postage methods.
2. What payments methods are accepted?
Payment methods accepted on Josyrose.com are:

Other: PayPal, JosyRose Gift Voucher
3. Is my customer information secure and private?
JosyRose does not and will not disclose or share customer information with any other company, third party or affiliate. Your delivery details are stored securely and handled by relevant JosyRose staff only. At JosyRose, we're against spamming and protect our customer information at all times.
4. I can't find what I'm looking for?
If you've tried browsing the categories and can’t find what you're after; try searching through the search facility using various keywords. Maybe you just don't have the official name i.e. the textured plain webbing you’re looking for is actually called grosgrain. Try emailing us on email@example.com
with a description and we'll let you know if we have it and where you can find it on the web site.
5. Why is there a minimum £10.00 order value?
The minimum order value of £10.00 covers the minimum value that is set to us by our secure merchant bank and it ensures that some of the basic administration costs for producing the order are covered.
6. Is there a JosyRose shop or showroom?
We are currently an online shop only. We exhibit throughout the year at various shows; please subscribe to our newsletter & keep up-to-date with our latest events.
7. Can I order samples?
Unfortunately, we do not send out samples of items we sell in pieces, packs or pairs. Because of this very reason, we have set our minimum order value at a very low price of £10.00, and allow our customers to buy one piece or one pack of any item they wish, in order to sample the products at low cost. If you are unhappy with your product, then you may return it within 14 days. However, we will happily send samples of all products we sell by the metre i.e. ribbons, braids and fringing etc. Please take advantage of our sample service.
You can buy up to 5 swatches for a £2.50 handling charge.

8. When and how often do you introduce new ranges?
New & exciting goodies are added to our ranges nearly every day. We do this to keep ahead of the latest trends! Our research department is constantly looking out for interesting items.
9. I may want this item again, will you still have it?
Most of our standard and classic items are constantly repeatable but some styles introduced that are trend orientated are only available for a limited time so there will be occasions when a product cannot be repeated. The first step is to check out the web site, enter the product code (from your invoice) in the search facility. This will return the item if it's still available via the site. If you cannot find the item you require on the site, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
with the product number and we'll research if it's still available.
10. Can I add to my wish list over a period of time?
You can browse and add and subtract from your wish list for as long as you need. The list is reactive, so will reflect current stock information and any price changes, and so you know all information in your wish list is up to date.
11. Can I add items to my order?
Whilst shopping on the web site and at any time through the check out you can add and subtract items from your shopping basket. If you have already placed your order and paid for the goods, it is most likely too late to add items to your order. Orders are printed out as soon as received and sent for picking and packing. Most orders are fully picked and packed within the first day and boxed and sent to the dispatch warehouse.
12. Can I cancel an order?
Whilst shopping on the web site and at any time through the check out you can add and subtract items from your order. If you have already placed your order and paid for the goods, it is most likely too late to add items to your order. Orders are printed out as soon as received and sent for picking and packing. Most orders are fully picked and packed within the first day and boxed and sent to the dispatch warehouse. However, if your items have not been processed, we will issue you a full refund.
13. Can I return my order?
