Delivery

JosyRose is open Monday – Friday 9am – 4.30pm. We are closed Sat – Sun & Bank/Public Holidays.

We try our best to ship all priority orders placed before 11am on a working day, out the same day. All orders placed after 11am will be despatched the next working day.

Therefore, if you place your order between 11am Friday & 11am the following Monday, your order will not be despatched until the Monday.

Standard Delivery - £2.75 (UK only) - available on all orders large or small throughout the UK.

Special Next Day - £9.50 (UK only) - Orders must be placed before 11am in order for it to be delivered the next working day. If orders are placed between 11am on Friday and 11am the following Monday then it will arrive on the Tuesday. Please note: JosyRose do not offer a Saturday delivery service. Signature required - please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel is despatched, follow your parcels progress via Royal Mail’s online tracking service. If your parcel does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact Customer Services.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL COURIERS INCLUDING ROYAL MAIL AND UK MAIL ONLY GAURANTEE A 95% SUCCESS RATE FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Please note: N.Ireland, Scotland & UK Non-Mainland deliveries can take up to 2 working days.

European Delivery - £9 - Tracked and recorded service – Please allow 3-5 working days. If you would like further information, please contact Customer Services.

USA Canada and Anzacs. £16 – We always send by the fastest method, tracked and recorded. You should expect your order within 7 working days from despatch – Sometimes quicker.

Rest of World Delivery - £17.50 - Delivery times vary according to global destination. Signature required – please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. (A signature is not required in all countries.) If you would like further information, please contact Customer Services.

Please Note: We shall have no liability to you for any late delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside of our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to; acts of God, war, flood, fire, strikes, and traffic accidents.
