I'm new to this site, but I love it already! Customer service is brilliant, emails are sent straight away when orders are confirmed and despatched, and orders often come the next day, very impressed! I only wish that more fabric was sold on this site, however this can be found on plenty of other sites so not a problem :)

Excellent products, excellent service! I just received my first order. I had been looking everywhere for beads-sequins-studs in a large variety and good price. Here, I bought more than I planned to and don't regret it! I bought 19 different things and only paid around 30 pounds. The packaging was surprisingly personal and well taken care of and I also received a delightful gift of glue-on diamante stones. I have not tried working with glue-on stones (only sew-on with holes) so I consider my gift a very smart choice by josy rose. The only thing that I did not calculate very well was the quantity and sizes of the beads but now that I have seen each little package in real life this shouldnt be an issue for my next orders. Oh and another very important aspect: the little bags containing the products are plastic zip bags which are tremendously practical! usually stores have stapled plastic bags and then you have to look for storing little containers yourself. Overall I have to admit I will definitely be coming back for more!

I received my first order from Josyrose recently and was delighted at how quickly it arrived. The packaging was fantastic!! Everything had been wrapped in lovely pink tissue paper and packed beautifully. Plus, a had 2 free gifts. After endless searching for reasonably priced sew-on diamantes I stumbled upon Josy Rose. Not only were the prices (even in pounds from Australian Dollars) more reasonable than many I had seen but the service was incredibly quick and I had my order within a week and beautifully packaged and presented.
