Delivery

JosyRose is open Monday – Friday 9am – 4.30pm. We are closed Sat – Sun & Bank/Public Holidays.

We try our best to ship all orders placed before 1pm on a working day, out the same day. All orders placed after 1pm, will be despatched the next working day.

Therefore, if you place your order between 1pm Friday & 1pm the following Monday, your order will not be despatched until the Monday.

Standard 1st Class - £2.75 - Please allow 1-2 working days after despatch for your order to arrive. This service does not require a signature. Parcels are not considered late or lost by Royal Mail until after 15 working days from the date of despatch. If this applies to you, please contact Customer Services.

Recorded Delivery - £4 - Please allow 1-2 working days after despatch for your order to arrive. Signature required - please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel is despatched, follow your parcels progress via Royal Mail’s online tracking service. Parcels are not considered late or lost by Royal Mail until after 15 working days from the date of despatch. If this applies to you, please contact Customer Services

Special Next Day - £6 - Orders must be placed before 1pm in order for it to be delivered the next working day. If orders are placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm the following Monday then it will arrive on the Tuesday. Please note: JosyRose do not offer a Saturday delivery service. Signature required - please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your parcel is despatched, follow your parcels progress via Royal Mail’s online tracking service. If your parcel does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact Customer Services.

Please note: N.Ireland, Scotland & UK Non-Mainland deliveries can take up to 2 working days.

Free Special Next Day Delivery – FREE - All orders over £75 will be despatched free of charge to a UK address using our Special Next Day service. (Please see above for details) Sorry, but we do not offer this postage method to our overseas friends.

European Delivery - £9 – Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Signature required – please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. (A signature is not required in all countries.)This option is for Europe delivery only, including Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faeroe Islands, Finland, France, Hungary, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State (Holy See), Gibraltar, Greece, and San Marino. Rest of World Delivery - £16 - For all countries outside the UK and not listed under the European delivery option above. Delivery times vary according to global destination. Signature required – please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is convenient for yourself, a friend, family member or colleague to sign for the parcel. Please Note: We shall have no liability to you for any late delivery of products ordered to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside of our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to; acts of God, war, flood, fire, strikes, and traffic accidents.
