Returns Policy

Faulty Goods/Unhappy with Purchase:

If you are not delighted with your purchase, or the item(s) received are faulty, please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please include a note with your order number and a reason as to why you are returning the goods. Please send to:

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage. (You will need this to make a claim from the Royal Mail should your package get lost.)

Delivery Incorrect/Missing Item:

If the delivery you received is incorrect, you are missing an item, or you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact Customer Services. Please have your order number ready so that we are able to deal with your query more efficiently.
